This form is only for the use of students currently enrolled in a distance learning course at UMDNJ.

As a distance learning student, you may never have an opportunity to visit any of the UMDNJ Libraries in person. Rather, you will probably take advantage of the services offered online through the Virtual Library for Distance Learning and through other web services offered by UMDNJ. However, in the event that you would like to visit one of our libraries, you may pre-register for borrowing privileges by using one of the following forms. At present, registration for library privileges enables you to borrow materials when visiting a UMDNJ library in person. Additional services will be available to registered patrons in the coming months.

You may register for borrowing privileges at only one UMDNJ library. Select the library you will be most likely to visit from the list below. The George F. Smith Library in Newark has the largest collection, though in general it would probably be best to choose the library nearest you. If you are uncertain which library to register with, phone or email the contact at one of the sites listed.
