If you are requesting or providing books or photocopied materials for course reserve, please read the instructions below and complete the online Course Information Form.

NOTE: reserve requests should be submitted as soon as possible to allow adequate time for processing.
If you are providing your own materials to be placed on reserve:
- Include a course syllabus so that we may list the articles in the order in which students are to read them;
- Follow the general rule of one copy for every 20 students;
- Indicate your preferred circulation time period for each item – either two hours or one day.
- Please include contact information (name, telephone number, e-mail address) of the person who should be contacted if there are questions or problems with the materials.

The Copyright Law of the United States governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. In accepting photocopies for reserve the UMDNJ – George F.
